This Worthpoint listing has it on a uniform for the New Orleans Academy.

Wow! This is an older version than that one, probably 1913-30s if I had to guess. (The school was open from 1913-1986, but the puffy, two piece style button is reminiscent of the earlier part of that time frame). The button was in a privy and the back is covered in concrete of oyster shells and dirt. Im gonna do some surgery and see if I can get the gunk removed. Thanks for the ID!!

Don't quote me on this Will, but I think it is a button from a club I used to be a part of, "Nudist Organization of America". This was the only piece of clothing we were allowed to wear in our naval. Lol.
