Hi everyone!! My ankle injury is almost completely healed (YAY!), so this weekend I got out with Pocket Spill for some serious detecting. Since our usual spots no longer produce, we had to find some new places to hunt. The good news is that we found just the right place!!
I'll let Pat post his finds on his own. Great news is that we both found lots of oldies!! 99% of 'em were pre WWII as well!! YAY!!
My totals for the weekend: silver coin no. 45, a nice 1910 Barber dime; 4 indians (1883, 1892, 1898, 1907); 15 wheats (all pre WWII, including TWO 1909!!), a small religious medallion, and about $8 in clad. We had a great time, and I look forward to checking out plenty of new spots this fall!!
Pics of the goodies are below. Enjoy!!
