Weekend finds

Well I went to WV to see family and friends this weekend. I took my Ace 250 with me. Spent part of the day going over my Grandma's yard found 29 cents in newer money. Also found a spoon that looks like it was copper with silver electro plate. I'll post a picture when I get it cleaned up. I stuck it dead center of the spoon and broke it prying it out of the ground. Never dreamed it would actually be something cool. Lesson learned. I spent a little time at one of the newer parks there and found several pennies and a nickel. I then realized I had spent half a day swinging Ole Yeller and needed to get back to friends and family.

I got my Treasure Mate pinpointer today and tried it out. It came in very handy. I was impressed. I cant believe how much quicker it makes finding a coin you missed targeted by half an inch or so..
