Went in Friday to pick up my first order of Halves ( they were all skunks ). After counting them I was $8.50 short. Went back to the bank and was very polite and told the teller I got the sealed bag from that it was short and it wasn't the end of the world but Brinks counter maybe off. She said she would check into it.

Went in the there today and she asked if I wanted my money in cash or in my account. I smiled and said banks just don't give out money. she said was told from the " Money House " if it under $10.00 to give me a refund.....I said it sounds like this happens a lot, she just smiled and winked...... It was def. on Brinks side and not the banks.

I almost entirely search Brinks bags and for the most part find them to be accurate. Ocassionally one will be a coin or two short or will contain misc junk such as foreign coins, other denomination US coins, pennies, dimes, quarters and even the dollar coins, etc. I never mention this to my supply banks, I just figure it's the cost of doing business. On the other hand, one recent bag contain 32 of the one dollar presidential coins. This bag was $8.00 over the limit. I figure it all evens out over time. Just this week while searching a box, one of the rolls only contained 17 halves. It happens. Happy hunting.

The words were never spoken but kinda felt like the supplier was aware of a problem, Be it mechanical or a rouge employee. Just good to know that they were ready to cough up the shortage.

Don't be surprised when they tell you that you cannot order from them again.

I seriously doubt it, one of the perks of living in a small town is everyone knows you. They know I'm a honest person in the business comunity as well as there are 6+ banks and less than 10,000 residing in the town. All the banks are fighting for customers and I never asked for my money back. I was just making her aware of it. She already placed another order. The manager is aware of what I am doing. She said it was better for me to get them there and let the competitor be the dump bank :laughing7:....And if it does, there are about 5 other Wauchovias within a 1/2 hour drive.
