This is too cool! I ran another 5 gallons of cons through my fluid bed concentrator this afternoon. While back-panning the final cons, I noticed 3 tiny beads of gold mercury amalgam. They were probably just under 1 mm in diameter. I grabbed my macro lens and got some closeup shots. The amalgam must be saturated with flour gold, as you can see bits sticking out. I added these to my on-going collection of gold mercury amalgam in this tiny vile. This is my third time getting amalgam from this location.
