Wandering around the River. First Silver Ring.

got out this morning for a hunt. didn't find the swimming hole i was looking for, or my buddy i was supposed to meet up with.

anyways , i went down through the forest to the river and began swinging.

found quite a bit of random trash, and worked my way to some spots that looked like people had been camping (probably transients or teenagers) by the amount of beer cans,tabs, and bottle caps.


got a solid 82 signal right next to a small fire pit, almost didnt dig it. up popped my first silver ring! marked 925 r . not sure what the small stones are. BINGO

The stones look like marcasite. They are one of my favorite stones. Like little silver/black diamonds The coins are really nice too.
