A few days back, I was out again! Yes!
I found a silver washington and a merc a week or two back in a small 20x20 area.
After finding the two silver coins, I had meticulously went over the area from a North-->South and East-->West direction
to ensure there was nothing else there to be found.
Well, I just could not let it go. So I went back.
I did not go over that area immiediately, but did some searching on the outskirts and picked up a good handfull of the usual clad.
Not being satisfied, I tried again in the 20x20 area.
I got a very slight signal just towards the tail end of the area. I know I had been over it just a short time ago.
It did rain a bit over the previous week, but the soil was not exactly moist.
Having cut a plug that was the length of the Lesche blade I began to retrieve.
I had a heck of a time fishing it out. I believe it was on edge for sure, and maybe on angle as the signal jumped even moreso.
1940 Washington. Did not expect that one.
