Vintage Toy Watch

I found this today (80 degrees here in Illinois:hello2:) in my backyard. It's an old toy watch (after Googling and finding one exactly like it) from the 60's. I think the minute hand of the watch actually came off but got stuck on the left side, and the hour hand may be stuck at the bottom. it is indeed a toy. the winder only serves to move the hands around, and the second hand is only painted on. you can see it is in the same position as the one in the reference picture

Thanks....I think I was on the same track as you. I appreciate your input. I don't think that this is particularly 'old', though...maybe the 1960's?
