I agree...Surely the manufacturer's are involved at least to some degree, right? I wouldn't make economic sense for them not to be. I sent them mail too, although I don't live in that state. It doesn't matter...if it passes in one state, the others won't be far behind.

Yes it's in the best interest of MFR's to put together some lobbying but consider this. In the convoluted world of some statists, only the State-run orgs could use MD's and just think what they would pay for the equipment. The MFR's could sell the units for 10X if they were selling to the government and just think what that means to your tax bill....

One Thing that SHOULD still be looked into, IS , WHO are they going to hire ? I think we should Know something about his opinion of US before we actually call this a true Victory.? ? ? ? ? ? EVEN so. just because this bill has been CUT. dosn't mean 6 months down the line they wont try and slip one thru again.? ? ? ?THE ONLY WAY I SEE TO CALL ABSOLUTE VICTORY (the reason I put "?" AFTER THE TITLE. is if ARCHIOLOGISTS, be de-throned. and placed at the same level as us. or we get put up there with them.? PLEASE keep those Calls & E-mails , to "VOTE NAY" on HB2078? ? ?going? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
