In second photo; that's definitely either a cylinder head gasket or the accompanying valve cover gasket (I can't make out if there are oil return holes). And Victor was a gasket maker at least as early as the 30's. It looks like there was more to it (additional cylinders).
I can't make out what the piece is you're holding though.

well it was in a mangled mess in a lot of pieces,it has asbestos in the middle of the copper sheeting on it ,, if i keep looking i might find the mod t the used to be in the drive way

cork would have rotted by now this is a fibrous material almost hair like or fiber glass like known as asbestos,,,i have work around it long enough to know it when i see it that is way the pics or out side ,, do not need the kids getting this stuff on them
Material could be cork, many old engines used it for gaskets...

The link was supposed to show that you were correct, asbestos/copper was their head gasket materials. Victor did make cork gaskets as well, which would make for a very poor head gasket (but perfect for a valve cover gasket).

thanks for the link,, had to find my reading glasses to see the info,,,,, best guess on this gasket is 1915 ish
