The view out my window a couple months ago...there's still a few patches of snow on the mountainside I'm looking at now :)

Eh, we get quite a bit of snow here. Maybe I'll pass and let Gold Tramp visit ya' instead. I think he needs it more. :laughing7:

AZ winters are the best...just saying...though, summer is most of ya'lls winters, so touché most of you

Time to move!!!
I don't have to worry about drive by shootings. I have to worry about missionaries trying to convert me.
Almost as dangerous😉

Race ya there! Winner gets to move in!

If you're ever out this way, there is a 1/2 acre lot right beside our place that
has full RV hook-ups, and the owner generally gets $400 mo. It's got easy(er)
access to the river than my place, and you can't beat the view.

Salmon season opens up in mid-Sept., but then that's also about
the time it starts getting nasty out. Honestly, it's a crap shoot on
weather, but if you don't mind being wet and cold there's usually
plenty of fish to catch.

Gold...not so much..but there's plenty of small stuff to be found.

Henry: Our place is about a half mile below where the Baker enters the Skagit.
Took that pic looking towards Sauk Mtn. Never found any gold around Whitehorse,
but I keep lookin'!

Gold Tramp....feel free to jump off this bridge in to the cooool water.

Down river.

Or up river.

There are four more rivers within 30 miles so plan accordingly!

Found a little in the spring with my bazooka up moose creek. Wasn't much but it is there. Heading to Liberty this weekend to get some better gold. Sounds like it will cool down a little Sunday.
