Hello friends, it's been a long time since my last post. I wanted to ask for help in identifying the artist of this artwork found at a garage sale as is no frame. The painting has an inscription on the back, but I was able to find a signature on the front. It looks like a very nice work compared to many early Venice paintings. Thank you as always, and may all the best come to all of you.

I thought the signature looked like "J. Soritlo" at first. Then I found the name "Joaquín Sorolla" who was a painter and passed away in 1923 so the inscription date makes a bit of sense. His signature looks to vary a bit. After reading a bit of link his variations in signing is noted. Your painting seems close mix between the two.

No problem. I'm a bit surprised I was able to figure it out. I'm normally pretty good when it comes to sports and political autographs, but something about paintings (maybe the textured surface of paintings) throws me off.
