value of this 1890 indian head penny

I found this IH penny today with my detector, I simply couldn't believe the condition when I washed it off, I only used warm water and a little soap. What would you guess the value in the condition it is in?

Well I'm using a 2004 guide. I would say the value as 9.00 I would guess XF-40
