Hi everyone!! Headed up north to see my kids for their birthday and do some diggin'. Pulled quite a few goodies, as 2 of the sites I had my eye on didn't disappoint!!
Goodies are listed below.
George V copper cent (1) : 1920
George VI copper cents (7; not pictured) : '40, '45, '46, '49, '51, '52, and one w/ the date obscured by hard crust
wheats (2; not pictured) : '19, '45
1918 buffalo nickel (only 1" deep!!)
1882 indian (toasted; I nicked it

Now for the silver:
George V sterling silver 5 cent piece (only my 2nd "fish scale") 1919
George V silver dimes (2) : 1916, 1920
George VI silver dime 1940
Aaaaaand the granddaddy of 'em all:
14k nugget ring!!! HONKER!! HEAVY!!
Pics are below. I'm now at 18 silver coins and 7 indians for the year (the 1882 is the 2nd oldest one I've ever dug).
The gold ring was only about 1 1/2 inches down; blip signal that I almost didn't dig...
EDIT: Oops!! Forgot about the small piece of old pottery I dug as well. It's a nice relic.
