I don't really understand what you are saying without some context.
Unless it is about and just guessing here, gun control, the only thing to say about that is, the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy or gal with a gun.
Maybe you meant the armchair warriors who do nothing other than spew garbage without ever feeling to get off their butt and actually try to make a difference.
Its a terrible tragedy to lose a child.
My heart aches for those people.

Prayers are not meaningless. I was referring to the over usage of the phrase 'thoughts and prayers' some people use when they have no intention of either. Prayer is about all we can offer right now. Hope that clarifies what I meant.

The shooting was tragic, the police response maybe more tragic. I think the local police should be given yellow uniforms. Too scared to go after shooter for an hour. No heroes there.

RM I understand our rights but I joined this forum to treasure hunt and learn metal detecting. All this fighting over rights just gets all up in disputes and people wind up getting yTmrd out or banned
