Has anybody seen anything like this badge, USSC.

We are thinking United States Sanitary Commission. Found on a old house site in south GA. Along with some Indian head pennies and late 1800s early 1900s artifacts.

I don't know, but it looks a bit 'rough and ready' for that. This is a Civil War US Sanitary Commission badge... said to be one of two known to exist:
