🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Unknown Park Find

Good evening,

I found this item about 6" deep at a local park. It appears to be made of copper or brass and my instinct tells me it is on the older side, but I am not sure what it was. It appears to be broken.

Still looks like it has a layer on it.
