✅ SOLVED Unknown Medal i dug up today????

I dug this up today with my metal detector in N.H., Im not sure what exactly it is but it looks to have hung from a ribbon or something else. It has Initials or something on the front but im not at all sure what they are?

That's a watch fob, probably the owners initial in the middle. Is it silver?

Its not stamped but since i have found items as early as 1864 in my yard its possible. No way to tell without an acid kit but will have to wait till i pick one up....
