Unknown Lithic

Supposed to have been found in Finger Lakes Region of Central New York. I got Koens Crispin & Poplar Island as types, but would like to hear from more experienced typologists. And for lithic, I have no idea. Any ideas?
One of the problems with 'artifact rescue' from Old Timers' cigar box collections....is the actual provenance gets lost in the fog of time. These might not actually be from NY at all...
