I found these in Virginia, the buckle pieces were all in the same hole. There was also a diner plate made by Homer Laughlin in the hole.
I have no idea what they may go to if you have any idea please let me know.
The other thing i found at a park near my home i have no clue what it could be, It is about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. Any help would be great.

Re: Unknown Finds?

your first pic is a web belt buckle and various belt tightners

your other piece strongly resembles a Gag Loop but I have not seen one quite like it??

Flyinryan, your buckle may be from a WWI gas mask bag. I have seen several different WWI US gas mask bags and the ones Ive seen all had that distinct arrow buckle. Gas mask bag scroll down. http://www.hayesotoupalik.com/WW1 U.S. Field Equipment.htm

The other pieces found in the same hole are also part of the bag that rotted away.
