Found this today. I can already guess that it is most likely Civil War or shortly after it. Looks like it may have been designed to have a ribbon or something hung from it because of the sharpened wire protruding through the front. I'm calling it a pin, but not sure. Found a couple of similar ones online, but not this one. Looking for any info.
