If it meets their agenda they will site the constitution in a minute but when it doesn't they will give a hundred reasons why they don't see it fit and even tell us it doesn't really mean what it says. Like they never knew back then that we was going to have guns like we do nowadays, even though it was put into the constitution for protection against our own government. Even with the guns we have these days it would be like throwing rocks if the government ever fully turned on us with the stuff they have now.

Our elected officials are only required to get paid and talk!!!!!Constitution no constitution what does it really matter anymore!!!!!!Sighn a petition or don't!!! I don't agree that everything is for the rich. Being rich is not bad. Seems to me the poor get everything out of the system and the middle class and the rich are paying the tab for the lazy bums sitting at home. But you are correct the govt should fear the people and not the other way around.

these are the reasons why most forums don't allow political threads. There are idiots out there that have not even the slightest clue about the environment yet they proclaim themselves to be saving it. Every spring the snow melts and drives mud and silt and trees and good knows what else down the rivers. Rains do the same thing. Dredging is allot less impacting than high water if you are worried about silt. That silly Fuccin report was probably written by some college grad that spent college soaking up what his California professor/ex hippie spewed at him/her for credits. The flora fauna on this planet has always adapted and has been around allot longer than we have. I call b.s. and that woman in the video is amazing! I wish more people were as awake as she is.

Fullpan, I've no popcorn so I will have to watch it all the way through later another time. She makes some interesting statements about both parties as well as the U.S. that I agree with, they've all been hijacked!

I do not know where secretcanyon is coming from and he's been well answered by Doitlaynstyle, spring runoff and rain are way more damaging than dredging "in California" and yet the fish survive nicely as well as other water creatures from floods as well as dredging.

The reason I posted the video of the Woman who so eloquently spoke to the NJ "government" is that She put it so well, elected officials swore an oath to protect the United States and its Constitution and Elected Officials have broken their oaths to God & Country as well as its citizens. Of course some of this countries citizens as well as illegal citizens are not helping the situation instead they have become part of the problem.

ALL outdoor pursuits by "us citizens" are in danger of being lost and quickly! Prospecting, Metal Detecting, Mining, Hunting, Shooting, Owning Firearms, Enjoying OUR National & State Forests, Boating and on and on, you name it outdoors and "they" want to stop it! I wish I could tell you exactly, name by name, who "They" are but I lack that knowledge. All I know is that at least here in California The Forest Service does not evoke an image of nice people!

To Me the current President of the United States of America is not an American by and through his actions!

To Me the Democratic Party is an enemy of the Country!

To Me the Republican Party is not far behind the Democrats!

To Me citizens of the United States of America who do not vote or who vote for Handouts, Free lunches, Free lots of stuff do not understand that they are a part of the problem and not a part of the solution! Nothing is Free! Somewhere there is a price for all "Free Things" and that price, that cost WILL BE PAID by everyone!

So, If you want to keep prospecting, have access to "Our Forests and Lands", and in general enjoy the freedom's that the U.S. has stood for Then Get Up And Do Something About What Is Happening Right Now In This Country, IMO.
