Two VERY Large Anchor Stones for boats or fishing nets
I have two large anchor/ fishing stones that have been passed down in my family.
One is roughly 16"x16", and about 3" thick, and the other is about 6"X8" egg shape. The largest of the two has a large hole in the center for tying ropes, while the other has the typical groove with wear marks around the center of it from where the rope was tied.
I have heard varying amounts of worth, but nothing consistent. I have also never seen anything of this size before. Does anyone have experience in such artifacts as I am completely clueless.
