managed a couple of hours out tonight before tea went to the field that produced the Medieval Stirrup Ring can.t believe it's a year ago
had a couple of Silver coins, William111 shilling(very worn) could be a copy next dig after the William turned out to be a coin right on the surface(see picture) Edward1 penny, London Mint, quite nice this one unusall double beading on the centre of Overse
The fields in stubble at the momment but when ploughed, I am expecting some nice find from this are again there is a loverly old Church dating back to Saxon times, and also a 15th Century Moated Manor house, and right near the river, in the Tees valley
