Two seated half dimes, shield nickel, flying eagle cent, civil war token, IH's
Folks,
I got out to 'Brass Park' (only managed 15 shotgun butts, a record low) and found two seated half dimes ('45 and '48; last week I found my first seated at this same site, a '71 half dime), and clockwise from the top on the last scan...a civil war token (I sanded it to get some detail, but not much there), a 'fatty' IH (date TBD), a '65 IH, a no date shield nickel (the back is decent but there is NO detail on the front, and my first flying eagle cent (again, tried to sand to get a date but none was there). I know it's not good to clean less than alone sand coins but they were already shot and nearly worthless except face value so I tried to see if I could get a date.
This has been my best site to date for old coins.
HH and take care.
Peace,
T-man
