Went back to the nail road today. The crew done me wrong! They covered my nail field with fill dirt! I just know there are some beautiful coins that are going to wait another 200 years to be discovered. But on the other hand, the crew opened up some new areas. So no more nails...now its pull tabs and pop tops.
Couple nice dimes today. Both dates that I don't think I've dug before. The 1884 still has some nice luster.
And a Queen Victoria Penny. A little rough but identifiable. First Queen Victoria Penny for me. It is 1882.
Fairly old die-cast whistle.
Not sure what it is. Unfortunately bent in a couple places. Fob piece? Jewelry?
Today's finds...
1868 Seated Liberty Dime
1882 Queen Victoria Penny
1884 Seated Liberty Dime
(3) IHPs 1901, and two dates unreadable
(3) Wheatback cents 1910, 1911, 1920, 1934-D(?)
Buffalo Nickel, date worn off
Die-cast whistle
Lead shot
Brass Whatsit
