The top mark appears to be one used by the Sheffield Silver Co. of Brooklyn, NY, from about 1908 to 1950.

They made silverplated holloware— again, in this case, plated nickel silver.

As PBK mentioned most of, EPNS = Electro Plated Nickel Silver. --oops, I just read your other thread and this info is clearly nothing new.

The monogran "silver soldered" I think refers to the use of silver solder that has a higher melting point than ordinary lead solder. I can't tell from the pic if the object was put together in pieces or is one solid piece. Monty
