Is the ten dollar gold an "S' mint? That was great having the before and after pictures,so many finds you wonder if they were really "dug" No doubt on yours! WAY TO GO!

wow that's great i have been detecting since 1972 and never found a gold coin.

I know how you feel! Been THing since '74, never found a gold coin.

Congratulations oddcoins! What an awesome experience that would be. I am sure I would just sit there and have a good little cry. My dream goes back over 30 some yrs., and it will continue for only God knows how long.

one year and one day after digging this 1868 $10 gold coin I receive my new issue of W&ET magazine BEST FINDS of 2007 and there in the gold coin club there's she's pictured! WOOHOO!!!
