Two divers arrested in Indonesia

I don't understand the Indonesian governments logic regarding the artifacts relatig to their history. What kind of history lesson will be learned if the artifacts remain on the bottom of the ocean? Apparentlythe government has no intent of hiring divers to recover it for the nation's history. Sounds like nothing more than thieir way of getting the work done free and then swooping down to steal the spoils. Makes one realize just how corrupt a govenment can be. Monty
