I'm trying to find info on this little book . It appears to be Latin? It's only 12 pages , I'm not sure if it's supposed to have a cover - maybe it's just a pamplet .

I bought a box of old deeds and letters at a garage sale , it was in the pile .
I'm thinking about putting it on E-bay .

You find the neatest stuff. In your house, garage sales, etc. What do the deeds look like? Would love to see a picture of those. Maybe you now own somewhere you can hunt on. Kind of hard to argue with you when you have the deed to the property in your hand!
