Looks like the metal is brass and made in SE Asia.
Photo #2 (Blurry) Has the look of brass stamped look, punch outs folded over for clasps.
The pattern surrounding the stone is a typical design work.
Value?
Costume jewelry category $10-15

It looks like it's made of brass with a type of green slag glass. My guess it was made no later than the 1930s. From where it came from I'm not sure. Maybe China or even the Middle East. As a vintage piece it might be worth as much as $50.00 in a shop that offers estate jewelry.

I believe the green “stones” are something called Bakelite. I am so at a loss.

Bakelite was one of the first commercial plastics. It was invented in the early 20th century and was gradually mostly supplanted by other plastics as the century advanced. That might help approximately date the bracelet.
