Trying to figure out what a few old structures were used for and pulled these out.

Any idea what they were likely parts to? The flat one looks like a blade of some kind. I highly doubt it’s a lawnmower blade, though. Doesn’t seem likely for the spot I found it in.


I know the structures were there at least as early as 1951 and it’s very near a river’s bridge.

Wow! That was quick. Thank you. I wonder if it was a barn of some kind. It seems like the walls were made of round stone and the foundation is only about 15 feet by 10 feet with another wall splitting it lengthwise through the middle. Maybe two stalls for horses? I haven't found anything like horse-shoes or evidence of livestock. I guess I will have to search more.

Based on the surface pitting and the lack of rust on the iron, I'm thinking your barn likely burned down.
