Yes ARC....anyone living in the keys back then was caught up to some degree in the Marijuana trade. Basically everyone was involved whether they knew it or not. Would you tell the guy who eats a 10$ breakfast at your diner and leaves a 100$ tip everyday that he can't eat there anymore ? I am not gonna tell my son that he can't attend the birthday party of a school girlfriend because her father was a drug smuggler. And if someone tells me they need to squeeze a 3000hp diesel into a go fast boat....i don't need to know what for to take the job. Any way.....seems like old dirt to sling in court for a character assanation. As keys residents there are some things only the locals understand and we protect our own because we had to live the life style. I could right a masterpiece of a book with the smuggling stories from both the keys, and Bahamas. Anyway....i have to much to worry about in my own projects to worry to much about Danny....he's a big boy and has played this game before. There could be a large changing of the guard so to speak. I don't forsee Danny back in the Bahamas anytime soon, because the best tactical approach for allen is to try and drag this out for years....doesn't matter who wins or loses....the object would be to keep Danny out of the Bahamas by tying him up in endless court drama. So sad 😞Poor guy prolly has a simple marijuana possession in 1980's ...
And the attorney makes it sound like he is a career criminal. heh
