When I first joined this forum I would read all the posts and I noticed many people claimed that the boxes of coin was heavy or either there back would hurt or some other physical problem after a good day of CRH. With that said I would like to suggest to all crh's to start some kind of physical activity, weight lifting, jogging, etc. Of course this wouldn't be a quick fix to any problems but it will help in the long run... Just trying to help all my crhing brothers have many more years for crh. Thanks for reading. Searched $100 in quarters equaled a skunk.

After a day of work, I rather work than lift a box of halves.LOL. I can lift a 25 Lb of dog food no problem but when it comes to lifting a bag of water softener pellets, ugh, there is just something about lifting it that sucks. I can lift a couple boxes of dimes in one canvas bag no problemo but with nickels, I have to put one box in each bag. I did one 500 box of halves. wow, whoever can do 8-10 boxes of those a day must have arms like a python's and I tip my hat off to ya.

Sincerely, Garoulady

Don't waste your bank roll on gym memberships, just buy 4 boxes of cents, not pennies, cents. Find a cheap barbell and dubells with no weights on craigslist. Then you can jigger the boxes on the bars and you have a home made gym. You can search and get your swoll on. HH Thanks

I find that it is all in the angle in which you carry the boxes. A box of halves for example, I find is much easier to carry if I put one end in my hand and carry it pressed between my arm and body. The weight distribution works better for me that way.
