Treasures found while weeding my garden

These items have been collected the past few weeks while I have been weeding my garden. Pretty cool to find all of this and I wasn't even looking. I'm hooked.!! I want to find more!
My house was built in 1864 In Maryland. I think my garden is on top of where they used to throw their trash.

Please don't go get a Bounty Hunter Tracker 4......I gave one of those away at a yard sale for $25.00 and felt bad about selling it to anybody at any price.
Look on Craigslist for a machine....plenty of good deals there on real metal detectors.
I bet your whole yard is loaded with artifacts from the past......good luck digging!

I'm with relicdude , don't rule out a privy or trash pit, dig a small hole down about a foot or two and see if anything else comes up. Congrats !

Time to get a metal detector and really see what's in them grounds.. Nice finds..

Nice finds. Your garden could be where the privy was located "outhouse". I would dig it out there could be some killer glass and other treasures.
