Rodney Tyoe is an old buddy of mine. We took his 32' Fountain cigarette boat up to Steinhatchee to search for the Civil War wreck "Abbey Bee" back in the 90's. He was also partners with the late Lou Ullian on the 1715 fleet. Rodney had a heart attack while roller blading about 5 years ago. He then bought the ultralight. Its good to see he is still having fun.
