Somebody record it an put it on youtube so us less unfortunate people with plain ole tv's that get 3 channels with rabbit ears can see it.

We can help with your tv problem, but there's nothing we can do about your ears. I bet you had a tough time in school. ;D

ReRuns today at 2PM Eastern for anyone who missed it

Hey Robert, what happened to the "Blue Wagon " video of ARRG and when can we release that to the public?

100 bronze cannon, 1100 dead, first and only known vessel in that area, anyone know what the "legend" is yet?
Ivan, a little help here.

Sounds like the HMS Victory. What a find that would be!

Sank in a storm in 1744, 100 cannon, with 1100 men on board.

Armament: 100 guns:

Gundeck: 28 - 42 pdrs
Middle gundeck: 28 - 24 pdrs
Upper gundeck: 28 - 12 pdrs
Quarterdeck: 12 - 6 pdrs
Forecastle: 4 - 6 pdrs

yep the 7 inch bore (42 lber cannons) 100 count total cannons and 1100 man crew AND 1744 DATE of sinking --- gave her away (HMS VICTORY)* not many vessels of that time frame carried guns of that size , and only 1 WAS lost in that general area that is unaccouted for..*

note most british ships had a 32 lbers as their " big guns" --- (the 42's were just too dang big and unweildy)only 1st rate "battleships" carried em

+1 and I still want a cannon. 8)

I am dissapointed to see that Mr Bass believes we are out for only monetary gain. I believe companies have shown that responsible salvage can be profitable both monetarilly and historically.

The estimated cost to properly excavate and document this wreck is over $30 million. Who is going to pay for it? UNESCO? That will be the day!

Tighten the laws against looting, but do not tighten the laws on the people who abiding by them!

It is hilarious to see ads for shipwreck coins in the same article from George Bass!

can anyone tell me what the "web site" is that they were talking about that someone can log onto and see their positions? they seem to spend alot of time playing cat and mouse games with there locations and i heard them say a few times that they watch "internet activity" when they are treasure hunting. has anyone got a link? found this interesting....
