He lost interest and decided there's gotta be something better than a rotten salmon that smells like some coyote urinated on it. Raccoons are pretty finicky.

They are the highest authority around where I live. Every now and then I find what was once a racoon, fox or neighbor kittys out in the fields and open spaces.
