I've used a Fisher Gold Bug II, though now I have a cheaper Garrett model.

I have a blast furnace, but can't source the larger 1 or 2 kilo Clay-Graphite Crucibles. I have small pure graphite. I'm heavy on the borax for silver flux, which isn't good for pure graphite.

I'll trade anyone with these type of crucibles a full lb. I have been slowly cooking the sulfides out of them and they are very heavy and consistent with a blend of Stephanite and Acanthite. Acanthite is 87% silver by weight.
