Today is my birthday and I am off work today and next Wednesday because I work this weekend. I got up early and hit a tot lot in an old park. I found 9 pennies, 8 dimes, 2 nickels and 2 quarters. One of the quarters in the new American Samoa quarter. Also found an Aeropostale snap, Mickey Mouse ears (part of charm), a two piece hollow set I don't know what they are. Just when I was about to leave and elderly gentleman approached me and started a conversation. He told me his father lost a ring at an old Masonic Lodge about 50 years ago and that I should go over there and see what all I could find. After giving me very good directions and thanking him off I went taking the thunder and approaching rain with me. When I arrived I got excited as it was indeed old. The thunder was picking up and I knew I was only going to have a few minutes to hunt. The first thing I found was a 1941 penny and then another penny that I could not tell if wheat or not as it was in pretty bad shape. I found a 2003 quarter and then I found a very unusal item. It appears to be made of lead and has unusual markings on it. It measures 1 inch tall and 3/4 inches wide. Then I found an old treaded piece. All five items where found in about a 6 foot circle. Then it opened up and started raining very hard. Not a bad day for a 2 hour hunt in two different locations.

Thank you. I also found the batteries but did not know if they went together or not.
