Tootsietoy Vehicle ID?

I've had this Tootsietoy vehicle for years sitting in a box. My son found it. I've searched high and low, but have never been able to find one like it and believe it might be a rare find.

Is it a Train, Farm Vehicle of some kind, etc.? Please help.

1930’s vintage tootsie toy dozer.

You have a pre war Caterpillar tractor that was in production from 1931 to 1939.
The driver is broken off, the hitch is broken and it's missing the rubber tracks. Catalog number 4646

I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard mjr24! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).
