Nice ! Young Queen Lizzy II - I dug a full penny of her grandfather( King George V. 1919),
at a baseball park here in Santa Fe , NM. How the &^%$- it got there is anybody's guess !
That's what I love about this hobby / obsession , you really don't know what your search coil
is going to happen upon next . Argentium.

That's what I was thinking, it's over in Warwick- Cowesett Area which is sort of near the bay. I dont know really but it was nice not to just get clad while the kids were playing.
It's funny- everytime I dig something I dont know I think, "Oh! Is it a Hibernia??" I guess I have to find one of those and get it out of my system!!
I did think about how I dont find jack knives and I found two the next day! Hmmm...

I was thinking . . . What does a $2000 coin look like? Must be some kind of joke. I actually Googled it. A 2000 US dollar coin has Sacawagea on the obverse. :BangHead:

Now that's something different!

Happy Valentine's!
I brought the kids to a playground and found the usually clad, a 2000 us dollar coin and interestingly enough, an Elizabeth II half penny 1960! (When I realized it wasnt a quarter, I stopped cleaning it)
First one for me!

Umm. Not $2,000.00 the Year 2000. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

Really cool!!
