Too many unsatisfied customers..

I've dealt with the old Minelab repair process in Florida I believe (long time ago). It was a total nightmare- the machine was gone so long I forgot I owned it. I had to send it in again recently (its 10 yrs old and has taken a beating on several continents) and the service was fast(er) and easy even in the peak of summer. I had to send in my AT pro for repair (6yrs old) and had the same turnaround time as second time I sent the minelab so they have responded to the negative critique and upped their game. Several lessons here, if you buy used equipment you will have to pay to get it repaired sooner than if you buy new but the machines are basically new after the extensive work I had done. They have also both paid for themselves and then some.
