Your pic is too dark for me to read, but it's probably a slot machine token. It's most likely nickel size but possibly quarter size. Then again it could be a tractor trailer tire.
 

The top pic reads: "5834" right side with what appears to be a small "I" over "A" underneath (on the left side). The bottom pic reads: Good for 5 (cent mark) in trade. I haven't a clue. Putting another object in all posted pics--to show scale--is a good idea.

21mm 5¢ slot machine slug (token) - the number was probably that of the route of machines. There have been write-ups about numbered tokens in the past few years - may be findable in the archives.
