Token from last nights hunt

I went out hunting after work last night, an old lot is haveing a foundation put in for some new building. I got a signal and dug this up. I do not know how a token from somewhere called LaCrosse made it's way over here.

It sure looks like La Crosse Wi, on the coin. The last name Hosely comes up on Google in that area.
There was even a hint at a Hosely meats in the area.
