It's been a while since I posted. I've been on summer break (from MDing) and now getting back out there this past month or so.

Today I met up with pa-dirt_nc-sand, HighVDI, and Steve in PA for a group hunt in Northern Allegheny County PA. A special thanks to Thad who shared one of his researched spots. He found a Seated Dime (click the link to find his post) http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/594344-my-oldest-us-silver-fun-tnet-group-hunt.html. I was lucky enough to pull a couple Largies near by.

One of my Largies was stamped and the other shows 1833. Here are my coolest finds from today's group hunt.

Past month or so finds below.

I've been hitting Seldom Seen recently and I was able to pull some goodies including a bucket lister! My first Flying Eagle Cent (1857).

I found the aluminum coin and the chinese coin under a rock together. A few buttons were found in and around my Largie spot.

Then down the street from where i live, in Carnegie, I found more goodies including a 1918 Merc.

I also went back to the spot in Rennerdale where I found my seated quarter earlier this year. I found my first Canadian LC.

I hope everyone has been doing well searching the dirt. Thanks for looking!

You’ve done a great job pulling really old sweet keepers from some heavily hit sites. Your ATPro is smoking! Seeing you casually wander over to the group 2 times in 20 minutes with your LC’s made my day today. Fun to invite friends out to hunt, even better to see them pocket some awesome keepers. Congrats on your return from retirement!

Awesome relics and old coin shooting! :occasion14:

Good to hear from you MH. Those are some super finds. Uncover some more to show us soon and don’t be such a stranger around here!

Great post and finds congrats

Nice finds! LC's are nice! Big congrats on the flying eagle! :icon_thumleft:

Good to see you post again! Great finds there, the only LC I ever found was in PA! Lots of history there.

Nice catch up post Louis. You did well yesterday.

It wasn't easy standing in the jagged brush to find that 2nd LC (stamped). Collectively we all dug a ton of targets and that's a recipe for success. With the coins we were pulling it was hard to leave. We didn't get to hit the second site but there's always next time.

Nice finds Louis. You got the hot coil right now so keep getting out! BTW....why is that one large cent dented? ; )
