todays hunt gives up nice gold ring,is ky a halmark?

hello everyone ,had a good day today went to one of my favorite places with some soccer fields.the local police,said its ok to park there,was into the hunt about 1-2 hours found some clad a copper pendant four leaf clover, an a nice mens gold ring,inside it says {jst balfour 10ky?} is ky a halmark never seen ky anyone have any ideas?
