Today's Haul..NES, Ball Jars, Odd Kerosene Jar
Hello Everyone,
Lot's of odds and ends today but overall pretty good. I got everything listed and pictured below for $35.
- Complete NES system in the box (need to test, but looks perfect)
- Apple Airport (complete and in box)
- Radio Shack Pocket Repeat in box (Had one as a kid)
- The Hobbit - 50 yr Anniversary Book
- Oster Beehive Blender (not pictured...gave to neighbor)
- Hex Bug in box (changes direction when it hits wall. Kids who can just crawl/walk love these)
- 2 pairs of brand new in box baby Nikes (This is something I would never buy new, but giving to a friend who like sneakers and just had a baby)
- sterling silver chain & pendant, 2 gold filled pins, random odds and ends
- 4 old Ball Jar with Lids (1 from 1900-1910, 2 from 1910-1923, 1 from 1923-1933) Nice colors and lots of bubble/imperfections in glass.
The last item is a glass bottle with a cap that is meant to hang upside down. The cap has a stopper that gravity causes to close. Written on it is:
- "Patented June 24, 1919 June 15, 1920
The guy I bought it from is the same guy who sold me the ball jars. He said it was an bottle for an old IV. However, it is really this thing: Utility Patent 1,307,878 - June 24, 1919 - Reservoir For Oil Stoves
