Today’s Finds xx

Another cold foggy day here, but we headed out for a few hours… went back to the same field as yesterday and found a few more bits!!


Little pendant thingy, decorative piece, pot leg, lead weight, musket balls, lots of buttons, some kind of token, and 2 pre dec coins xx

Heading off for a post Christmas waddle with the bassets tomoz… hopefully we can get out on New years eve again, but the weather isnt looking promising atm xx

No!!! Its FOC and altho can take a couple of months to get items back, i think its a brilliant system! xx

Thanks, I was just curious as the items I find there in England go though the FLO procedure, but, it's all included in my package price for the trip. I agree, pretty good system compared to some other countries. I'd rather have it like here in the states however, where items found on private property are out of government control for the most part.

incredible Roman piece I think, I particularly like how it precedes the most modern design of the receptacle of the string or chain for the necklace
