Today's Boxes...Blank Penny Planchet

Got 2 boxes of pennies and a box of dimes today.

Box 1 Pennies
10 Wheats

Box 2 Pennies
10 Wheats
Possible Blank Penny Planchet (Pic below w/ a Wheat)

Box 1 Dimes
Skunk

So I stumble across this possible planchet. It has a "rim", but both sides are blank. It's the exact same size of a penny. Any idea if these have much of a value?

Yep, that's a type 2 (raised rim) blank planchet. It's worth a few bucks at least.

Cool, I figured it was at least something. Correct size, color, etc. Kinda cool to say the least!

i have a quarter blank planchet. all i know it is from at least 1965 as it has a ring of copper.
